Austin is a born and raised North Dakotan. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy with a minor in Ag Business from the University of Minnesota-Crookston. His primary focus since graduating college has been the seed side of the ag industry. He enjoys focusing on helping growers find specific fits for their acres. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting & fishing with his wife, family and friends as well as working on sprint cars.
Michael was born and raised in NE North Dakota. Graduating in 2014 from NDSU with a Bachelor of Science in Crop and Weed Sciences. For more than a decade, he's been working very closely with growers and their families. He knows how important your input decisions are each growing season which is why he wants to make sure you get the best products on the right acre. In his free time, he loves to travel and be in the outdoors with his family. He's likely one of the few that will bring his young daughters 4.5 hours away to another country to go catch a walleye and sleep on the ice with them!

Alan was born and raised on a small family farm near Mount Vernon, South Dakota. Upon leaving high school, he had no interest in a career in farming or the ag industry until he took a job with an ag retailer during college. Since then, he has been learning the ag industry hands-on in many different roles over the past 15 years. He enjoys all the different people he gets to meet and work with and the excitement of releasing new products and figuring out their fit within grower’s cropping plans. When he’s got free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, tracking down Ringneck Pheasants with his Golden Retriever Kona and drinking beer with friends and family.
Logan is the newest member of the team, and new to the AG industry. He graduated college with a degree in business management and has been mainly in the customer service and tech industry until this point. He and his wife have a daughter along with a cat and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys video games, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family.
